The HTM team comprises specialists highly skilled in their disciplines. Their specialties include accounting, payroll, social insurance, HR, order processing, inventory control, legal affairs, and information technology. They are well-versed in the use of modern computer systems and bilingual business communication. They must also possess an understanding of business in general and our client's business in particular.
The HTM team has the size and structure to provide backup for all client work. When a team member is not able to work, backup support must be instantly available. Order processing must continue, books must be closed on time, payroll must get done, and statutory filings must be completed. People do get sick, accidents do happen, and people leave companies. When these things happen, the backup support is critical. Uninterrupted service is assured through our managers, our cross-training and our process documentation.
The HTM team also has the size and structure to provide segregation of duties: It is no longer acceptable to have the same person approving a cash payment, making a cash payment, and also recording that payment. Segregating duties is now a requirement, and our team approach is able to provide this even for our smallest client.
